Before we build the foundation of collaborative communication, each team member needs to first understand their strengths and unique communication style, and how it shifts under stress.

Understand your unique communication style and behavior profile

Identify individual strengths in seven key leadership areas

Workshop 2: Collaboration Workshop

Build connection and trust and enhance team collaboration. With a better understanding with how each team member individually communicates, it’s time to dig deeper into understanding how to leverage your team’s strengths and weaknesses.

During this workshop you can expect to:

Learn the four elements for building stronger cohesion amongst your team

Understand your teams personality types to utilize each other’s strengths and weaknesses
