    Change Agent in Action

Candace Mae successfully enhanced her corporate leadership through the use of the Maxwell Method principles. Her team’s individual growth was sky-rocketed. Evidence of the application of the Maxwell Method principles positively changes lives, and companies benefit from operational effectiveness and increased productivity.

    Leadership in Action

With combined experience in teaching, training, systems analysis, project management, and leadership, Candace Mae is ready to share her knowledge and experience with others. She’s held roles that span paralegal, supply chain management, contracts, accounting, and information technology industries in corporate and higher education.

She has led several teams from various roles, e.g.,  Business Owner, Vice President of Administration, Assistant Director, Applications Manager, Project Manager, and a subject matter expert working with cross-functional teams.

Through the years, Candace Mae has served, witnessed, and experienced strong leadership as well as poor leadership. She knows the impact leadership has on the lives of those they touch: terrible destruction or exhilarated growth. As John C. Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership!”

Candace Mae’s passion and purpose are to grow individuals, which results in workplace civility and an environment where people feel safe:  using emotional intelligence, secure communication, and authentic leadership. Everyone deserves to be led well. Leadership is the oil that makes processes and people work well together. Candace Mae builds effective teams, one person at a time, starting with the leaders and building a leadership pipeline to support organizational growth. We believe leveraging the strength of the individual is the key ingredient to team success.

These are the fundamentals of developing high-performance teams and leaders. When supervisors, managers, and executives move from managing into leading, the dynamics transform the entire team and company productivity. These learned skills, once internalized, have a significant impact as it ripples through the business, families, communities, and ultimately the world.

    Testimonials

Danielle Jarvis, a former direct report (2003), after training my team with The17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork, said:

“Candace Mae, had I met you 32 years ago in my career, I would be a totally different person today. You’ve made a significant and positive impact in my life.”

After facilitating a Sales Team Training (2006) on prioritization and time management, a sales rep said:

“Candace Mae, I’ve heard most of this before, but no one has packaged this information quite like you. Today the light bulb came on for me. You’ve helped me connect all the dots in my life. I am a changed person and I can’t wait to get home to my family and share my insights. Your training has changed my life!”

Jeffrey C. Nickerson after a Customer Appreciation Lunch & Learn where I spoke & presented on the power of Communication and Connection, said:

“I agree with everything you’ve shared. I wish I’d had this kind of training 30-years ago. If I had someone boil down all this wisdom for me early in my career, I would have excelled much faster. As it is, I’ve had to go through the school of hard-knocks to learn this.”
