This first step is to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member before we can begin to build trust within the organization.

In this module, we will cover:

Individual team member personality assessment

Personalized communication & behavior profile reports

Team communication & collaboration workshop with action plan (DISC Analysis)

Executive team profile summary with recommendations

Module 2: The Leadership Experience

With a better understanding of how you individually communicate it’s time to put your newfound knowledge to the test. This interactive and immersive experience is designed to break down walls and promote collaboration in your team.

Module 3: The Laws Of Leadership Training

Understanding the difference between a manager and a leader is essential to building a strong team environment where colleagues are appreciated and encouraged to work within their strengths.

In this module we review:

21 principles of leadership

Perform exercises to apply these laws

Engage in thoughtful discussions around the impacts of applying versus the consequences of breaking these leadership laws within your team or organization.

Pull apart behaviors and identify practical applications to create sustainable transformed behavior.

Module 4: Executive Leadership Coaching

Executive Coaching is essential for the deeper transformation of the organization, as everything rises and falls on leadership. A 360-evaluation is provided for key leaders to gain feedback on how others experience your leadership. This identifies strengths and blind spots for further development.

This includes:

One-on-One coaching, including a 360-evalulation to discover your strengths & blinds pots
