Everyone deserves to be led well, so we must take responsibility to develop ourselves to be our best self-leaders. Only then will we be in an excellent position to lead others well.
How we engage in this world has ripple effects that impact those around us, our coworkers, families, and communities. As we grow, we see things differently, and as a result, the things around us also change. You and I can be the change this world needs! That requires us to take responsibility for ourselves and grow.
Growth doesn’t happen automatically. Growth doesn’t happen in an hour or a 2-day workshop; it happens through consistent focus on intentional growth over time. When we combine training with coaching, we see an 80% knowledge retention and behavior transformation.

I combine my experience in teaching, training, systems analysis, project management, and leadership, and share my knowledge and experience with you. I’ve held roles that span paralegal, supply chain management, contracts, accounting, and information technology industries in corporate and higher education.
I have led several teams from various roles, e.g., Business Owner, Vice President of Administration, Assistant Director, Applications Manager, Project Manager, and a subject matter expert working with cross-functional teams.
Through the years, I have served, witnessed, and experienced strong leadership as well as poor leadership. I know the impact leadership has on the lives of those they touch: terrible destruction or exhilarated growth. As John C. Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership!”

All areas of life are open for discussion, working through challenges, finding options and workable solutions, setting SMART goals to achieve them, and integrating new beliefs and confidence into new behaviors. My coaching services are offered in three-month, six-month, and yearly packages. I gladly combine training with coaching. Training is knowledge; coaching brings about application and transformation. My services are adaptable to meet you where you are and grow you and your business to the next level of excellence!
